Our therapeutic massage sessions range from 30 minutes to 2 hours in length. Your first treatment will begin with an assessment of your body structure, the nature of your pain or tension, and general health. We will then proceed with the massage treatment. Depending on your needs and how readily your body responds to the treatment, our therapists will make recommendations for continued care.
